The scent is flowery with sensations of white peach, Apricot, exotic fruit, aniseed and bitter almond. Dry Taste, cool elegant and balanced, soft palate. Rich in minerals. Leave a elegant and persistent aroma, pleasant.

Combinations: Important first courses based on fish and shellfish also suitable for Sushi. Cold dishes. Excellent as aperitif. Serve to 10 – 12 °C.
